This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share your personal and sensitive personal information, in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Data Protection

MotionPath has implemented organizational, physical, and technical security measures in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include locked physical records cabinets, encrypted digital patient records, access controls limited to treating clinicians and authorized administrative staff, signed confidentiality undertakings for every employee and contractor, and regular internal privacy impact reviews. All staff undergo privacy awareness training on hire.

Billing and HMO-related records are retained for ten (10) years in accordance with BIR and Insurance Commission rules. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
